Driver Analysis

Find what actually moves your satisfaction score.

Driver Analysis is regression-based importance-vs-performance analysis that ranks every driver by real impact — not by average score — sorts them into a priority quadrant, and simulates the lift from improving any driver.

Improving satisfaction — sound familiar?

01Averaging satisfaction scores and hoping for insight?
02Acting on the loudest complaint instead of the biggest lever?
03No idea which driver actually moves the outcome?
04Can’t estimate the lift before you invest?

Driver analysis ranks every driver by real impact — and simulates the lift.

01 · PRIORITY QUADRANT

Where should you focus first?

Every driver sorted into a four-quadrant action map.

Skari plots each driver by its derived importance and its performance score, then splits the space into four quadrants: Prioritize (high importance, low performance), Maintain (high–high), Monitor (low–low), and Secondary (low importance, high performance). The top-left corner is where action pays off most.

02 · IMPORTANCE VS PERFORMANCE

Importance and performance, side by side.

An action table that names the quadrant for every driver.

For each driver Skari reports its regression-derived importance, its mean performance, and the quadrant it lands in. Drivers with high importance but low performance are flagged as the biggest levers — act on the loudest lever, not the loudest complaint.

Quality0.347.5Maintain
Price0.273.0Prioritize
Speed0.186.2Maintain
Support0.136.8Monitor
Design0.082.8Secondary

High importance + low performance = act first. Price is the biggest lever.

03 · DRIVER IMPORTANCE (REGRESSION)

Rank drivers by impact, not by average score.

Regression derives a real weight for every driver.

Skari runs a regression of your outcome variable (overall satisfaction, NPS, or any KPI) on all driver questions, and reports the standardized weight of each driver along with the model’s R². High-weight drivers move the outcome most — a truth that raw averages hide.

Derived ImportanceRegression weights (β)
#1 Quality0.34
#2 Price0.27
#3 Speed0.18
#4 Support0.13
#5 Design0.08

R² = 0.71 · outcome: overall satisfaction. Quality carries the most weight.

04 · WHAT-IF SIMULATION

See the lift before you invest.

Improve any driver and preview the expected outcome lift.

Set a target performance score for any driver and Skari uses the regression weights to estimate how much your outcome would move. Compare scenarios side by side to find where a given amount of investment buys the most satisfaction — so you commit resources with confidence.
