Improving satisfaction — sound familiar?
Driver analysis ranks every driver by real impact — and simulates the lift.
01 · PRIORITY QUADRANT
Where should you focus first?
Every driver sorted into a four-quadrant action map.
Skari plots each driver by its derived importance and its performance score, then splits the space into four quadrants: Prioritize (high importance, low performance), Maintain (high–high), Monitor (low–low), and Secondary (low importance, high performance). The top-left corner is where action pays off most.
02 · IMPORTANCE VS PERFORMANCE
Importance and performance, side by side.
An action table that names the quadrant for every driver.
For each driver Skari reports its regression-derived importance, its mean performance, and the quadrant it lands in. Drivers with high importance but low performance are flagged as the biggest levers — act on the loudest lever, not the loudest complaint.
High importance + low performance = act first. Price is the biggest lever.
03 · DRIVER IMPORTANCE (REGRESSION)
Rank drivers by impact, not by average score.
Regression derives a real weight for every driver.
Skari runs a regression of your outcome variable (overall satisfaction, NPS, or any KPI) on all driver questions, and reports the standardized weight of each driver along with the model’s R². High-weight drivers move the outcome most — a truth that raw averages hide.
R² = 0.71 · outcome: overall satisfaction. Quality carries the most weight.
04 · WHAT-IF SIMULATION
See the lift before you invest.
Improve any driver and preview the expected outcome lift.
Set a target performance score for any driver and Skari uses the regression weights to estimate how much your outcome would move. Compare scenarios side by side to find where a given amount of investment buys the most satisfaction — so you commit resources with confidence.
